What is insurance?

Everyone of us earn money for our livelihood. And also we don’t want to loss the money. Because earning money is not so easy. So if you find a method which helps you to protect your loss, then it is good. You can call this system insurance. So we can say, the system, which can helps us for the prevention of financial loss, can be called insurance.
For example, we can say that, you have a car, and you have done car insurance. If you lost your car through accident or by other cause, then if you fulfill the condition of that insurance of that car, then it will be benifited for you. Because, you then don’t need to loss so much. So we have seen that in this case, car insurance can be benificial for the owner of that car.
Now you can have a question in your mind that, is insurance is only for indidual person. The answer is “no”. The insurance can be done for individual persons or for a family or for a company.
Also this can be added that, the insurance generally don’t have so much cost, that means it can have a rate, which is bearable for the people for different class. There are different types of rates for different types of people of for different types of companies.
